bankmatch is building an independent digital marketplace for middle-market banking relationships in the United States. One application, curated bank matching, and comparable proposals are at the heart of the planned exchange.

Our mission is to give CFOs, business owners, and private equity sponsors more choice without repeatedly sharing confidential financial information. The planned process uses anonymized opportunity summaries and company approval before a bank receives document access.

We plan to launch commercial financing first, with no BankMatch fees for business customers. Deposit and treasury relationships remain on the roadmap, subject to regulatory and legal review. The exchange is currently in development.
